Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 2 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data With Grace holds about you, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on a data question, this document governs.
We are W Grace Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company. Write to hello@wgrace.co about anything here and a person will answer.
1. When We Start Holding Anything About You
Browsing the Site or chatting with Grace without an account does not create a record of who you are. We do not store your name, email, or phone number from that conversation beyond what is needed to keep it running during your session.
Like any website, we log basic technical information on every visit whether you are signed in or not: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed. We need it to run the Site and keep it secure. We keep it for 12 months and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We start holding personal data about you when you take an affirmative step to identify yourself: registering interest in a project, creating an account, or writing to us.
2. What We Hold, Once You Do
- Your name and email address, and a profile photo if your sign-in provider supplies one
- What you have told us you are looking for: a location, a project, a unit size, a budget range
- Your conversations with Grace, once you have an account, so she can remember what you have already said
- Enquiries, viewings and requests you have made, and our replies
- The technical log described in section 1
We ask for nothing else. If we ever need something like an identity document, which happens only at the point of an actual purchase, we will tell you what is needed and why before it goes anywhere, and we will ask for it through a secure channel rather than the chat widget.
3. Why We Hold It
To answer you, to show you the right projects, to arrange the things you ask us to arrange, and to keep the Site secure. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Who Sees It
Your information stays inside the With Grace team unless sharing it is genuinely needed to do something you have asked us to do. In full:
- If you are exploring, we pass nothing to a developer, landowner, or project manager
- If you ask us to take a next step, arranging a viewing, getting specific pricing or documents, holding or reserving a unit, we share what is needed with the project manager and the people working on that project, and nothing more. We will tell you the first time this happens
- Your budget and financing position stay with us. We do not hand a developer your number so they can price against you. If we think sharing it would help you, we will ask you first
- If you proceed to a purchase, the developer, its lawyers, and anti-money-laundering and conveyancing rules will require certain information about you. We will tell you what is needed before it goes anywhere
- Internally, access is limited to the people working on your enquiry

5. Grace, and the AI Providers Behind Her
What you type to Grace is sent to an AI provider so it can generate a reply. We use Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Neither is permitted to use your conversation to train their general-purpose models.
Grace answers from facts held in our own records. She does not invent a price, an area, or an availability, and where we do not hold the figure she is required to say so rather than guess.
If you have an account, Grace remembers what you have told her so you do not have to repeat yourself. Deleting your account deletes that memory, as described in section 7.
6. Where It Is Held
On our own servers, and with the providers listed in section 8. We are a Singapore company and this Policy is governed by Singapore law, so a request about your data reaches a jurisdiction that will act on it.
7. Getting It Back, Correcting It, or Deleting It
Write to hello@wgrace.co and ask. You can ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.
We action a deletion request within 30 days, and that includes backups, logs, and Grace's memory of your account. Some records have to survive a deletion because the law requires it, transaction records once a purchase has completed being the usual case. Where that applies we will tell you which records and why.
You can also revoke our access at any time in your sign-in provider's own permissions settings.
8. The Providers That Touch Your Data
These are the only third parties involved in running the Site, each under contract and acting only on our instructions:
- Google, for the Gemini model behind Grace, and for Sign in with Google if you use it
- Anthropic, for the Claude model behind Grace
- DigitalOcean, which hosts the servers this all runs on
- Cloudflare, which routes traffic to those servers and protects them
We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics on the Site.
9. Cookies
We use what is needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Site secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Site evolves. The Effective date above shows when it last changed. Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will email registered users before it takes effect.
12. Complaints
Write to hello@wgrace.co first. We would far rather put something right than have you escalate it. If you are not satisfied, you can raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
