Gracie AI Chat

Gracie AI processes your messages through Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude to generate replies. Conversations are stored to support the chat. Please do not enter identity documents, banking details, passwords or other sensitive information. AI answers can be inaccurate; confirm important property details with us.

Analytics and Cookies

We use cookies for website functionality and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, including session replay. Replay is configured to mask information entered into forms. Browser settings allow you to manage cookies.

Our website providers include DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic and PostHog. They process information to provide hosting, security, AI and analytics services.
